BEEF WITH OYSTER SAUCE

Ingredients:

1/4 kg Beef Tenderloin, cut into strips
1/2 tsp chooped garlic
1 tsp rice wine
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp soy suace
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 cups broccoli flower
1 tsp sliced ginger
1/2 cup whole mushroom cut into half
1 cup onion leeks, sliced diagonaly
3 tbsp Julter's oyster sauce
1 tsp cornstarch,dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water
1/2 tsp MSG
1 carrot for garnishing

Procedure:
1. Marinate beef in chopped garlic, rice wine, pepper, MSG, and soysauce for 15 to 30 minutes.
2.Heat cooking oil in saucepan until it is hot enough for frying. Stir fry the marinated beff until golden brown.
3. Add ginger, broccoli flowers, mushrooms and onuon leeks. Continue stir frying until vegetables aer cooked.
4. Add Julter's oyster sauce and dissolved cornstarch mixture. Add water for desired consistency.Continue stirring until sauce thickens.
5. Turn off heat. Garnish with carrot flowerettes.
